I've now had for MONTHS of internet problems and Canal Digitaal are just totally UNINTERESTED .. They keep sending back emails saying 'metingen zijn ok' ... but they do NOT LISTEN to the fact that there ARE !!!!! problems with connecting to certain sites, also VERY VERY IMPORTANT banking sites. They tried to say that it's the 'randapparatuur' and don't react when they are told that taking the 'randapparatuur' to the neighbours location solves the problem and that the problem is HERE !!!!!! CANAL DIGITAAL doesn't even deserve ONE STAR ...
