The internet itself works ok, though there is the occasional disconnection (with no explanation or apology, naturally).

However, the installation and quality of customer service is among the worst I have ever experienced from a company. The modem did not arrive by the connection date, even though I had someone wait at home the entire day (at great inconvenience) to receive the delivery. I had to email, chat, call repeatedly (5 or 6 times) to get them to send the modem. When the modem was finally delivered, 10 days late, I asked very reasonably for a refund for the period during which I was not using the service. Why should I pay for a service I have not been able to use, through no fault of my own? It was, after all, their fault that the modem was delivered late. After more than a month of asking repeatedly for this refund, they finally said that they could not give me a refund because they had apparently tried to deliver the modem before but no one was at home.

This was a blatant lie, because there was no notification of delivery prior to when it was actually delivered, and when I asked for evidence that they had attempted delivery, they refused to respond. So, not only did I have to endure a hellish experience getting connected to the Internet, but they would not even refund me when I could not use their service due to their own incompetence!

If you need a fibre connection, go with Caiway - maybe you will pay a bit more but their customer service seems to be much better from reviews I've seen. Unfortunately I am stuck on a two year contract with these scumbags and wish I could escape their clutches but cannot. I only hope that I will not have to communicate with them again before my contract is up.
