I ordered glasvezel from Fiber after but it turned out they can only fix DSL at my address - they just sent the bills for DSL.. So i called them and also sent an email that i don't want DSL (since i haven't even ordered that one). No response. Today, after 2 months i received a letter from Bos Incasso that i haven't paid my bills..... Fiber is a horrible company with the worst ever client service - don't expect to talk to anyone within 70minutes, then they'll forward you to another department so the waiting starts all over again. Stay away from them!
