Fiber Internet is by far the worst company I've encountered internet wise. I cancelled my contract within 14 days, they still said I never cancelled it so sent me a bill of 500 Euros. Luckily with the help of a lawyer it worked out, but they made me pay a 49€ fee, which is irrelevant now but still. Customer service is also not able to handle international clients. So if you need to cancel a contract or anything send them a post letter with response letter so you are on the right side.

Hi. Did you finish fight with fiber? I m asking because I have exacly this same problem with them. What was the cost of a lawyer, if can I ask?
