When I have moved houses I have decided to order internet service from fiber nl. After month passed and I did not get any email from them I have decided to call them just to get answer that they do not know anything and they will not send anything. Waited one more week to get same response, so I have decided to cancel the service as they cannot or do not care to deliver. It have made 3 calls and till this day (5 months later) service was not cancelled and they asking me to pay invoice of 28 euros for the service they do not provide. Also I was charged of 55 euros for initial setup which were never refunded.
Please stay away from this scam company and block their account in your bank.

Feels like a scam and not the internet provider
