Last week my modem stopped working, i have been on the phone with Fiber costumer service non stop and everytime they say they are gonna send a new modem as fast as possible, but calling the next morning another personel tells me that it has not been send yet. This has been going on since last week and im just fed up with it. Had to cancel my vacation since without internet i dont have an alarm system as well. And stay at home without tv, internet or telephone for a week hoping that day the modem will show up and still nothing. To make matters worse I noticed they have been taking more money from my account than they should have. Called about that as well and despite telling me they are going to return it, still nothing as well. I am so angry about how unprofessional and fraudulent they are that i am even considering spending a lot more money just to take this to the court and stop them from deceiving more people.
So run away from this company while you can!
P.s. Dont forget that fiber and online.nl are under the same company. From the looks of it they have more companies to cover up their fraudulent activities.

Fraud! Nothing good comes out of this company (fiber.nl + online.nl)
This company is a fraud. Dont even consider it. Choose for another provider and save yourself alot of hassle and headache (and also alot of money since they are not even the cheapest provider). Beside all the downtimes of fiber internet, here is what you might also be getting into:
