I have unfortunately been a customer with Fiber for over 2 years now and regret being with them. If you ever have a chance to decide upfront don't ever go with them, you are only lucky till something goes bad with your system, once you have a problem there is the end of it, you have zero customer service response from Fiber and it's very difficult to get a solution for the problem from them, better than regret later. I have been desperately trying to get my internet problem resolved for the past 4 days but without any help. Just pathetic service never go for them.

Pathetic customer service
