Customer since 8 years, but since they were bought up by Cbizz everything once known as great service is lost. Due to a copper issue i have not had internet since the 22nd of May. When i reported it they stated they could not forward it it Tele2 who leases the copper from KPN until i have tried a second modem.

I had an old modem (that i bought a year earlier since they in a earlier case suspected my modem to be the cause of constant disconnects) so i tested it and called back 3 hours later. They said they would talk to their copper provided that same friday. I called back on Tuesday because monday was a religious holyday (if jesus didn't need internet, neither does Speedxs/Cbizz customers).

On tuesday i once more called back, but now they claimed i had not called them back on friday, so noone had talked to Tele2/KPN. I once more asked them to contact them and asked when i could expect them to have it running. They told me that they had no service level agreement with Tele2/KPN and they could not tell me..

The following week was rather eventless, with me calling back every day of the week, them not being able to provide any more update than "that a service technician will call me back". I finally got a call last friday telling me they could assist me on Tuesday (today) to begin the troubleshooting.

At the same time i recieve an email telling me i am getting billed, even doe i instructed them not to bille me for the period i had not had a connection. This was totally disregarded and now they tell me that in 2 weeks they will be able to tell me if i will be billed or not for the time i did not have internet.

Ironic twist to the story is that i wrote a similar story to their admininstratie department, but they mailed me back saying this email-address was only for complaints, as if this story complemented their service.

Avoid this company and go with a bigger ISP that has their own equipment and SLA's.

11 days with no internet, today they troubleshooting starts..
