I've ordered my connection in March. All the installation have been performed somewhere in April, but there were no signal in fiber. Support kept telling me it is going to be fixed next week, and the next week, and the next week. I asked about canceling my subscription to try with some other provider, and I've been said that if I cancel it in less than 21 days since installation date I have to pay year contract, even I never been connected. I waited until June(!), as support kept telling me it is almost fixed it is going to be real soon, etc.

In June I asked about canceling again and they cancelled my contract “without any fines”. But then one of the cancellation emails I got was invoice for the whole year, I forwarded that to customers service and asked what the heck is that and they told me that it is just a mistake and I should ignore it.

Imagine my face when I saw a direct debit for ~500eur in my online banking. We're still sorting this out.

Also, it took two weeks of me calling vodafone support almost every day to finally mark my port as free in reggefiber system so my new provider could connect me.

Advice: never ever apply for Vodafone thuis. All the positive reviews here are probably written by someone from vodafone. service is Awful
