I signed up for Vodafone Thuis (Internet, Wifi, TV) more than 4 weeks ago. I was told in the shop that if I push the order (wave the 2 weeks revocation period), it would take 2-3 days for installation, max. up to one week.
It has been more than 4 weeks now and there is no confirmed installation date yet. The service hotline staff has been extremly creative to come up with lots of different reasons why there is a delay, but no progress whatsoever.
Vodafone refuses to terminate the contract but insists on 282 EUR cancellation fee.

Installation takes forever
