After 3 years with TRINED and super slow internet, I called today to the helpdesk and the person can only tell me that the wifi signal via the air goes, and the fridge or microwave can interfiring.
Internet goes super slow and I dont have signal upstairs, the only option they gave me it is to send a person for what I have to pay 55 euros, plus the time the person takes to fix the problem. They litelaly said that I have the problem and not them. So I stopped with them right away !!!!! NEver had so bad helpdesk service !!!!!
