After around 10 calls over two days, constantly resetting and reloading the modem, the I received an e-mail from the helpdesk that I would receive a new modem since this one was effect.
I received the modem yesterday and am having the same issues with the Internet, then the telephone, and sometimes the TV. I have called the helpdesk twice yesterday about my phone not working. Finally they sent me the instruction to reset the phone myself. That worked. But this morning, everything is not working again :-(
I stopped with UPC after 5 years because of the service interrupts and thought that fiber via Tweak would be much better, but so far much worst. I will give Tweak one more chance to make it right. After that I will switch to another provider.

Very Disappointed in Tweak so Far
I just switched over from UPC to Tweak a week ago. Within two hours of the installation, I was on the phone with the helpdesk because the Internet kept dropping out. Since I work from home and have many international conference calls, this is very frustrating.
