I used to be a Tweak customer until I had an internet problem, the connection was off for more than 4 weeks! Tweak was not able to provide an explanation or to find a solution, let alone apologize! I have an online business, which for me was extremely frustrating, I had huge losses. After 5 weeks of waiting, without internet signal, I cancelled the contract and they kept on sending me the monthly bills as if nothing happened and they delivered services as normal. They are unprofessional and totally stealing money. I wish I could shout it to the world: do not make the mistake to go to Tweak! They are expensive and they have extremely poor services. I regret making that choice, I lost a lot! My score for their services is zero!
