In august I just moved to a new apartment and therefor I had to subscribe to a phone/internet provider. I went to media markt and Ziggo was promoting its packages. Zigga had a good promotion of giving away 200€ voucher of media markt if I subscribed in Ziggo Media Markt. Once I register I waited for 3 weeks and my Ziggo Box was not delivered, so I decided to call ziggo. The client services responded saying that since the previous tenant did not pay the bills my contract was cancelled without notification and that I had to apply again for the contract with a copy of my contract and my registration to the apartment. Already a bit upset I decided to go again to Ziggo Media Markt and re-do a new contract because if not I was not able to get this nice 200€ discount.Furthermore I decided to also apply for Ziggo Mobile. After 6 weeks of waiting I finally receive my package with the internet and TV-Box. But Ziggo mobile did not send me any sim card or transferred my line to ziggo. So here we go again I had to call ziggo and the respond from ziggo was that the process was on hold because they could not access my sim card from the previous phone company. This on hold was for 3 weeks... and of course Ziggo did not notified me any information so I was waiting.... Every time I had to call Ziggo client service the hold me on the phone for over 20-30 minutes which is ridiculous... After a lot of dealing and 1,5 months delay I received the line transferred.

Coming back to the 200 euros voucher which after 3 months I still did not receive... So today once again I called ziggo to get some information about the voucher... And again they told me that the voucher were between 3-4 weeks delays because ziggo was not paying... And this was the reasons of not receiving the vouchers... And once again they do not provide with the explanation and they hold their customers for weeks and months without any information... This company is unprofessional and not customer focused at all...

And of course I can not stop my contract with them because I have 1 year contract....

3 months dealing with Ziggo
