I've had to deal with many different companies through my house buying process and setting everything up has proved a stressful process constantly having to be on guard and act, if and when something wasn't carried out as expected. But with ziggo internet. 10 minute phonecall, 2 days later my ziggo router arrives, plug it in, half anhour later connect it to the phone line, no line rental required, enter the WiFi password conveniently located on a card you can pull out at the bottom of the router and supersast broadband connected. I expected a lengthy process going by my other experiences with different companies but this was super quick and I couldnt be more great full, whilst my TV is lost in the post, complaint upheld regarding bad morgage advice from my bank, plot size boundary issues not mentioned to he before I signed at the notary for my house, ex landlord ripping me off, lights in my house and fridge not working .... ziggo was the easiest thing I've done all week..... Well all year.
