Subscribed for an internet and TV plan due to moving to a new house. Explained that I needed to make sure the internet connection would be available the exact date of the move because I work from home. They committed to that and promised there would be no problem. They sent the package to install internet, and one damn cable was missing in the package. They promised 365/days support but they're phone number would not work. Requested a call via onlune form and they sent an email back 24 hours later! Right on time. Had to buy a cable myself and spent 16 euros which they refused to pay back. Also, they forgot to send the media box for the TV and still waiting for that after 5 days. Scammers
